Refunds / Exchanges

Please select your items with love and attention.  We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges.

If an order was shipped incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can make it right for you.  Email TheTinCottage@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of your order.

We work hard to package your purchases with care, but if an item has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order.  Please keep original shipping box, and, if possible, take pictures of the packaging and product as received.  Email us at TheTinCottage@gmail.com with receipt number and date of purchase along with photos of the damage.  Once the damage order return is processed, we will replace your item ASAP!

The "Vintage" Look

Many of our items are created to look worn and well loved, vintage style.  Each item is made with it's own "patina" so your item may have slight variations from the photos in our on-line shop.  We do not exchange item that are made to look vintage, however, we are happy to replace items that are obviously damaged.  Just let us know, and we will certainly take care of you!  See Refund/Exchange Policy for damaged returns.
